Mondes Projects recently completed the successful project management for the installation of a Commercial Grade Kitchen at the Moredon Sporting Hub, commissioned by Central Swindon North Parish Council (CNSPC). In this role, Mondes Projects acted as Principal Designer, Principal Contractor, and Project Manager, which enhanced efficiency ensuring a seamless project delivery.

This project presented unique challenges, particularly as the facility needed to remain operational throughout the installation, serving as a key resource for the young, vulnerable, and disabled community of Swindon, as well as a location for council offices. Mondes Projects implemented a phased scheduling approach allowed us to adapt our work schedule to accommodate the client’s operations, ensuring minimal disturbance, adherence to noise restrictions during sensitive hours, and necessary access to different areas of the building.

The kitchen installation was expertly designed, executed on schedule, and completed within budget, exceeding client expectations. Our overall management strategy received positive feedback from the client and local stakeholders, including the Town Mayor, underscoring the project’s successful execution and its beneficial impact on the community.
